A: It is an e-waste initiative where P1 members can bring in their old devices and receive up to 2.5x the market trade-in value in S-Coin Cashback
2. Who is eligible to participate?
A: Only P1 members are eligible for this program. Non-members must register as P1 members before participating.
3. How does the program benefit customers?
A: Customers enjoy higher trade-in value through S-Coin Cashback (up to 2.5x), which can be used to redeem over 2,400 products from Senheng & senQ.
4. How long will it take for customers to receive their S-Coin Cashback?
A: The S-Coin Cashback will be credited to the customer’s P1 account within 14 days upon received and verified by the trade in vendors.
5. Can customers enjoy both instant rebate and S-Coin Cashback together?
A: No. Customers must choose one option only which is up to 2.5x S-Coin Cashback via MyGreen Rewards.

6. What devices are accepted for trade-in via MyGreen Rewards?
A: All digital gadget items listed under CompAsia and Remobie are entitled for MyGreen Rewards.
7. What if the used device is faulty or locked?
A: Devices that are fake, phone-locked, cannot power on, or wrongly declared will not be accepted and may lead to cancellation of the trade-in case.
8. How do customers track their S-Coin Cashback?
A: Customers can log in to their P1 account to check if the S-Coin Cashback has been credited.
9. Are Brand Trade-Up campaigns entitled to S-Coin Cashback?
A: No. Customer enjoy up to 2.5x S-Coin Cashback value based on the trade in value.
10. How does this program support sustainability?
A: By encouraging customers to recycle devices responsibly, MyGreen Rewards reduces e-waste while rewarding members with higher value returns.
