You can earn S-Coin by purchasing specific labeled products or under certain promotions at Senheng or senQ showrooms, as well as through our official website and app. This flexibility allows you to accumulate S-Coin through various shopping channels.

100 S-Coin equal to RM1.00.
The S-Coin cashback amount is calculated based on the eligible purchase amount and applicable cashback rate, less a 5% SMSC deduction.
Example:
For an eligible purchase of RM1,000 with a 10% S-Coin cashback rate:

Effective 1st January 2026, all newly issued S-Coin will be subject to a five percent (5%) System Maintenance & Security Cost (SMSC). This fee applies to all S-Coin issuance, regardless of whether the issuance arises from sales transactions or non-sales activities
The SMSC is intended to support the ongoing operation, maintenance, enhancement, and protection of the S-Coin ecosystem to provide members with a smooth, secure, reliable, and rewarding experience.
The SMSC supports, including but not limited to, the following areas:
- System Maintenance and Enhancement: Ongoing maintenance, upgrading, and improvement of the S-Coin platform and supporting infrastructure to ensure system stability, efficiency, and reliable performance.
- Redemption Ecosystem Development: Continuous development and expansion of S-Coin redemption opportunities, including the introduction of additional participating merchants, products, services, and rewards to enhance member benefits.
- System Security and Protection: Implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of security measures designed to safeguard members' personal data, transactions, and S-Coin balances against fraud, unauthorized access, and other potential security threats.
S-Coin can be redeemed through the following channels:
RedeemPLUS+ – Use S-Coin to offset up to 10% of your total purchase when you spend a minimum of RM1,000 on eligible items. Exclusions apply to Apple products (except MacBook), Dyson, Xiaomi and all Untung Gila (UG) items
S-Coin Rewards Centre – Redeem selected rewards using 100% S-Coin at the SCRC Corner in senQ showrooms or through the Senheng App.
No, S-Coin are not transferable.
Effective 1st December 2025, the following arrangement shall apply:
- S-Coin Issued On or Before 31st December 2025
All S-Coin issued (whether through sales or non-sales activities) shall expire on the earlier of:
Twenty-four (24) months from its date of issuance; or
31 December 2027.
- S-Coin Issued From 1 January 2026 Onwards
- S-Coin issued shall expire twelve (12) months from its date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a campaign.
- Account holder(s) may log in to his/her Senheng App to view the S-Coin balance and the applicable issuance dates for clarity.
Yes, in most cases, they can be combined with other vouchers or offers.
Earned S-Coin for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
